The 2019 World Manufacturing Conference is about to begin. Anhui Futen Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., which uses vacuum negative pressure technology to collect rural domestic sewage, domestic waste, and hospital waste, will showcase the technological innovation capabilities of Anhui's small and medium-sized enterprises in the "Green Manufacturing Enterprise" section of the World Manufacturing Conference, aiming to build a green and environmentally friendly Anhui manufacturing brand.
Futen Environmental Protection, a company specializing in both manufacturing and high-tech in Anhui Province, was invited to exhibit in the "Green Manufacturing Enterprise" section of the World Manufacturing Conference in September. Futen has further improved the performance and configuration of its liquid ring vacuum units and hybrid vacuum systems, leveraging internet, IoT, electrical automation, and biotechnology to achieve a high degree of automation in its vacuum systems. The company also conducted field visits to rural areas and customized Futen vacuum sewage collection and treatment system solutions for each region based on local conditions. At the 2019 World Manufacturing Conference, these two products will be the focus of Futen's market promotion, representing new applications in the vacuum negative pressure field in Anhui. Futen Environmental Protection will next focus on developing technologies for negative pressure sewage collection and production, such as organic fertilizer, to achieve resource utilization, creating a closed-loop wastewater collection and treatment system and benefit society.

Futen Vacuum Technology Addresses the Pain Points and Difficulties of Rural Domestic Sewage Collection
Futen Environmental Protection is exploring how to utilize negative pressure technology to improve rural domestic sewage collection systems and contribute to environmental protection. The traditional method of tiered domestic sewage collection, which relies on gravity, is difficult and time-consuming to implement in rural areas with dispersed discharge points. Construction costs and investment in civil engineering and piping are significant, making it more susceptible to problems such as sewage backflow, blockages, freezing cracks, mixed rainwater and sewage flows, unstable water quality, and secondary pollution. Futen's vacuum negative pressure drainage system utilizes negative pressure differentials to generate high-speed airflow that entrains sewage, removing it directly from the equipment. This reduces the diameter and depth of underground pipes, enhancing the airtightness of the sewage drainage system. The water used for a single flush is only one-sixth of that of a traditional flush.
As a high-tech enterprise, allowing technology to guide environmental protection is the inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of Anhui Futen Environmental Protection Company and the entire industry. With its core business of applying vacuum negative pressure technology stabilizing, Anhui Futen Environmental Protection Company began applying this technology to environmental protection projects such as rural domestic sewage collection in 2017.
