Vacuum Negative Pressure Sewage Collection

The vacuum negative pressure sewage collection system establishes a pressure gradient in the drainage pipe through negative pressure, gradually transporting and collecting sewage from various parts of the area to the vacuum station for post-processing and discharge.
Advantages over traditional gravity-flow sewage collection:
The drainage network utilizes closed, negative-pressure pipes, preventing wastewater from leaking or leaking, thus preventing soil contamination and ensuring groundwater safety. It also prevents the release of irritating gases, which impacts the air and contributes to a positive environmental environment.
Application:
Rural sewage collection, areas with dispersed settlements, and undulating terrain, where gravity-flow pipe systems are costly and difficult to construct. Vacuum sewage collection systems are also used in scenic spots, hotels, hospitals, and other locations with high sanitation requirements.
Technical Features and Advantages of Vacuum Collection:
1. The flow rate within the vacuum pipe is 4.5 times that of gravity, ensuring a permanently clogged pipe network and convenient operation and maintenance.
2. No inspection wells are required, resulting in more uniform construction.
3. Only one set of equipment is required per collection area, minimizing risk.
4. A certain degree of climbing capability is achieved (no additional lifting equipment is required for elevations below 4 meters).
5. The pipe network does not require a single, single route, requiring minimal geological and geomorphological exploration. 6. Compared to pipeline network operation and maintenance, equipment operation and maintenance is more cost-effective (1+1=1 operation and maintenance).
7. 100% sewage collection rate.
8. The pipeline system is fully enclosed, with 100% resident satisfaction.
9. 25% reduction in construction costs.
Design Advantages:
1. Negative pressure within the pipes, requiring less complex elevation maps and geological and geomorphological surveys.
2. A certain degree of climbing capacity, eliminating the need for a single essential route in the pipeline network.
3. The vacuum pipeline network eliminates the need for manholes along the entire route, resulting in a higher sewage collection rate than traditional methods.
Construction Advantages:
1. Minimal damage to the existing site environment, facilitating repairs during construction.
2. Narrow and shallow trenches significantly reduce construction workload, shorten construction timelines, and improve safety.
3. Easily crosses rivers and gullies, allowing for bypasses when extensive underground pipeline excavation is required.
4. Minimizes or eliminates excavation in difficult or unexcavable geology.
5. Eliminates the need for manholes, resulting in more unified construction content. 6. The construction process requires minimal elevation accuracy, and the completed pipe network can be easily inspected using negative pressure.
Operational and Maintenance Advantages:
1. The flow rate within the vacuum tube is 4.5 times that of gravity, ensuring the pipe network is permanently clogged and maintenance-free.
2. Each collection area requires only one set of equipment, minimizing risk.
3. Compared to pipe network operation and maintenance, equipment operation and maintenance is more cost-effective, achieving a 1+1=1 operation and maintenance strategy.
4. Even if the pipe network is damaged by external forces, the leak can be precisely located, making remediation quick and easy.
5. The pipe network system is fully enclosed, eliminating secondary contamination and ensuring high resident satisfaction.
