Fermentation Bio-Reactor

The FBR (Fermentation Bio-Reactor) fermentation bioreactor purification tank is an integrated rural sewage treatment equipment designed to address the high requirements for nitrogen and phosphorus removal in rural sewage in China. It utilizes Futong's proprietary FB series functional bacteria (primarily including denitrifying bacteria, polyphosphate-accumulating bacteria, oil-removing bacteria, and various COD-reducing bacteria, the main bacterial species are derived from the environment itself) and incorporates Japanese purification tank equipment manufacturing concepts, featuring stable compliance, long service life, intelligent management, and economic applicability.

The equipment comprises three parts: a septic tank, an integrated intelligent monitoring system, and a fermentation enhancement system. Utilizing the bio-fermentation technology (including nutrients, functional bacteria, and process control technologies) developed by Futong Enterprise Technology Center, the impact of external factors such as water quality, quantity, and temperature on wastewater treatment efficiency is reduced, significantly improving the septic tank's compliance rate. The treated effluent meets the Class B standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). After enhanced treatment in the downstream ecological filter, the effluent meets the Class A standard. FBR septic tanks are available in two main types: decentralized and centralized. Decentralized septic tanks serve 2-6 households, with a daily treatment capacity of less than 2 m³, suitable for relatively dispersed areas. Centralized septic tanks serve 7 or more households, with a daily treatment capacity of 5-100 m³, suitable for more densely populated areas.
